 Fenwick is inducting Theodore "Ted" Parella into its Hall of Fame as an honorary member for his many years of service and loyalty to the Fenwick athletic department.
A job he still holds today, Ted began his career at Fenwick in 1976 as the equipment manager for all the major sports, assisting legendary coaches Jerry Harkrader and John "Butch" Rossi. During Ted's tenure at Fenwick High School he has been a part of many district, regional, and state championship teams. Many players, fans, and game officials have all come to know Ted as a dedicated and hard working manager for Fenwick High School athletics.
Prior to serving as Fenwick's equipment manager Ted served as a paper carrier for the Middletown Journal for 14 years. Mr. Parella is a 1965 graduate of Middletown High School. |
